A gateway from the garden leads directly onto the North Cornwall Coastal path and nearby Golden Burn beach is barely 100 yards walk.

Upstairs three of the bedrooms overlook the bay and have their own balconies enjoying unrivalled views.

The cliffs are rich in wildlife and to the north they are protected by National Trust ownership. To the south west it is a relatively short walk along the coast path to the famous Bedruthan Steps. Beyond is the busy town of Newquay and the famous Fistral Beach.
